Active Catholic Teens
A.C.T. is a community of teens supporting one another and pursuing the truth in faith. Our year includes faith formation, summer mission trips, retreats, community building activities and social gatherings. All teens are invited to explore your faith by asking questions, gathering as a community, and living in the light of the Gospel.
When: every other Sunday evening, 6:20-8pm from September to May. Click the link below for the full year’s calendar.
Summer Mission Trips: In partnership with the Glenmary Home Missioners, we are sent to two locations in rural America over the summer to lead a Vacation Bible School for small Catholic mission parishes that would not otherwise have the means to do so. These trips are life-changing for our teens, chaperones, and the communities we serve. Teens interested in attending mission trips should be faithfully involved in A.C.T. throughout the year.
Cost for Glenmary Summer Mission trips: $450 total, $100 deposit due with registration
Registration will open in February 2020 for summer events.

MEET THE YOUTH MINISTER
Who am I? My name is Casey Esser, and I'm a millenial parent who loves Jesus, my family, my faith, and "my teens."
Why do I love youth ministry? Did I mention that I love Jesus? I want everyone to meet him. I also believe that teenagers are some of the most creative, passionate, and hardworking people on the planet. I have seen and experienced some of the amazing things that can happen in and through teens who are open to God's love, and nothing gives me greater joy than to offer those same opportunities to today's youth.
Fun facts about me? I'm a twin, I once did a triathlon, and I lived in France for two years. (Oui, je parle français.)
